Liberating...

What's the heaviest burden? "Having nothing to carry." You cannot do everything right; but can always do the right thing. What you believe doesn't make you better person. The way you behave does.  You cannot see what you don’t look for, and you cannot look for what you don’t believe in. The biggest difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is that successful people are willing to do what unsuccessful people are not. “What’s simple to do is also simple not to do.” The magic is not in the complexity of the task. The magic is in the doing of simple things repeatedly and long enough to ignite the miracle of the Compound Effect.

Leadership

How far you can travel isn't the point; it's how far you are able to take your people. People do not naturally resist change; they resist being changed. Success leads to the greatest failure, which is pride. Failure leads to the greatest success, which is humility and learning. Be not angry that you cannot make others as you wish them to be, since you cannot make yourself as you wish to be. - Thomas A Kempis There are four dimensions to character: authenticity, self-management, humility, and courage.    "The greatest enemy of tomorrow's success is yesterday's success" (You cannot become satisfied with today's success) Big ideas don't appear. They evolve. Self-discipline moves you from good intentions to good actions. (It is what separates words and ideas from actual results) One of the greatest gaps in life is between sounding good and doing good.  You never conquer mountain. You only conquer yourself.
